FIN-033: Maintaining Fund Balances. Revised to align with Workday Financials. Reflects that monitoring is done at the MBU level rather than project level; compliance monitoring is done at year-end rather than quarterly; and transfers of funds from UAOs to the University will occur quarterly.

BOV-009: POLICY FOR PARTICIPATION OF BOARD OF VISITORS MEMBERS IN MEETINGS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. Replaced the previous version to reflect legislation that expanded the circumstances under which meetings may be conducted by electronic communication means.
