• Fire
• Hazardous Materials Incident
• Flood
• Severe Weather
  • Winter Weather
  • Hurricane
  • Tornado
• Earthquake
• Utility Failure (including Communication and Technology Systems)
• Radiological Accident
• Civil Disturbance
• Explosion
• Public Health Threat (excluding flu outbreak which is covered under State policy)
• Acts of Violence
• Acts of Terrorism
