The panel that evaluates every report of Prohibited Conduct. The Evaluation Panel may include any and all members of the University’s Threat Assessment Team and shall include, at a minimum: (1) the Title IX Coordinator, (2) a representative of the University Police Division, and (3) a representative from the Division of Student Affairs. In addition, the Evaluation Panel may include a representative from Human Resources and/or the Office of the Provost, depending on the circumstances of the reported incident and the status of the Complainant and the Respondent.
