FIN-046: Use of the Supplier Invoice Request. Revised to reflect change in (1) terminology from Payment Voucher to Supplier Invoice Request and (2) requirements with transition to Workday.

STU-001: Use of Alcoholic Beverages and Prohibition of Other Drugs. Added the defined term, University Office or Department; re-ordered the policy to align with subject matter in each section; established alcohol approval authorities for review and approval of events with alcohol at University Functions or on University Property; removed requirement for review and approval for events with alcohol that occur at a licensed third party establishment off-Grounds (e.g., restaurant).

RES-011: Investigator Eligibility Requirements and Responsibilities Related to Sponsored Programs. Revised Section 2 to add an exception to allow pre-doctoral students and post-doctoral trainees to serve as the PI on proposals for mentored fellowships.

SEC-045: COVID-19 Health & Safety Requirements – Vaccination, Testing, Face Masks, Events and Gatherings, and Visitors. Added Students to Section 1. COVID-19 Vaccination. Updated Section 3. Face Masks to indicate that wearing a mask on public transportation is optional.

Minor Volunteers - Added reference and link to the UVA Wise Protection of Minors and Reporting Abuse Policy and the UVA Wise Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Section 10. Employees and Additional Affiliated Roles - The policy does not apply to Visiting Graduate Researchers - added as defined in PROV-032.
