FIN-055: Faculty and Staff International Travel. Added a requirement under Section D. Before Departure: Consulting with their local support partner (LSP) and/or Information Security for assistance in securing any University-owned or managed electronic devices (e.g., smartphones, laptops, tablets, etc.) being taken abroad. Added Best Practices for Traveling Internationally under Related Information.

HRM-031: Employees Ineligible for Rehire. A new policy that reaffirms prior practice and provides guidance to managers for determining whether an employee or former employee is ineligible for rehire.

PRM-014: Use and Management of University Vehicles. Revised Section 8 such that MUVs must be compliant with the requirements within 3 years from the policy effective date of 2/25/2020.

SEC-045: COVID-19 Health & Safety Requirements – Vaccination, Testing, Face Masks, Events and Gatherings, and Visitors. Revised Testing, Face Masks, Events & Gatherings, and the Compliance with Policy sections of the Policy, effective 3/21/22. Revised Face Masks, effective 3/28/22.

FIN-043: Managing Export and Sanction Compliance in Support of University Activities. Added notice to contact the Office of Export Controls for guidance on any current or planned activities involving Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus. Section 5 edited to indicate that a near comprehensive program of sanctions also applies to Russia and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

PROV-004: Employment of Academic General Faculty Members (Tenure-Ineligible). [Updated in the Directory on 2/28/22.] Reordered and revised to address concerns raised by the faculty and administration, such as clarifying schools must provide Academic General Faculty the opportunity for a promotion review within 7 years in initial rank and providing the option for schools to offer 5-year terms after promotion.
